Pratikpaksha Bhavana

To realise the situation is the first step to ease up the anxiety. This activity simply explains to see the other side of the negative situation. It implies that we need to replace our negative feelings and thoughts with the positive ones. The simplest trick to protect your mind from anxiety is to keep your mind occupied. Anxiety is nothing but one of our emotions and emotions can be controlled. We need to use our sense of intelligence over our emotions to control them because when we cannot control our emotions, we end up with negative feelings. We need to observe the situation practically by not getting involved in it. We should refresh our mind in order to keep it busy by doing activities like visiting a peaceful place, having fun by playing games, exploring new things by learning something new.
