Vitamin K is commonly found in a variety of products so its insufficiency in the body is rare. Vitamin K is beneficial in the fading of dark spots, scars, stretch marks, dark circles, etc. This vitamin helps in healing wounds and bruises. Many dermatologists suggest creams which carry vitamin K to minimize skin issues.
